Responsibilities:

1. Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience
2. Working with internal teams and external subcontractors on product and documentation requirements
3. Writing clear and concise requirement, design, testing, installation and accreditation documentation
4. Creating end-user documentation; including tutorials, manuals, troubleshooting guides
5. Editing, proofreading and revising/rewriting existing content
6. Maintaining a coherent technical terminology and documentation set in the project

1. Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
2. Excellent IT technical writing and communication skills (English) with proven experience of at least 5 years
3. Practical experience in working with Microsoft Office (spreadsheet, word processor and visualization) tools
4. Practical experience in working with Microsoft Visio
5. Practical experience in working with Microsoft SharePoint to manage document repositories, configurations and content
6. Experience in using Enterprise Architecture tools
7. Good knowledge of Enterprise IT infrastructures, Microsoft 365 and cloud computing technologies
8. Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts in standards/product descriptions/manuals and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills in order to work efficiently with internal technical teams and external subcontractors on product and documentation requirements
10. Excellent formal writing skills in English

1. Good knowledge of CIS Security and accreditation processes
2. Former experience in NCIA and knowledge of the NATO/NCI Agency structure and CIS security/accreditation process and procedures
3. A Certificate of Security Obligation
