Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar role within a software or technology company.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern software delivery practices.
- Ability to understand technical terminology related to building, deploying, and maintaining software systems.
- Experience with enterprise SaaS software is a strong advantage.
- Excellent written English at C1/C2 level.
- Comfortable working with distributed, multicultural teams across multiple countries.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical product documentation, including system overviews, architecture descriptions, integration guides, and developer‑facing content.
- Document engineering processes, SDLC practices, and internal standards and best practices.
- Work closely with engineers and product teams to gather information and validate technical accuracy.
- Keep documentation aligned with product releases and platform changes.
- Improve documentation structure, consistency, and usability across the organisation.
- Help onboard new engineers and teams by providing clear, up‑to‑date documentation.
