Overview
Join the Technical Writer team at Sii Poland and help shape the human side of information security globally. In this role you will design and deliver engaging security awareness and education initiatives that reduce human risk and strengthen security culture across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive global security awareness and education initiatives to reduce human risk and strengthen security culture
- Design, implement, and maintain engaging security awareness campaigns and training programs across multiple channels (video, social media, webinars, in-person sessions)
- Innovate new learning solutions to influence secure behaviors and ensure compliance with security policies and standards
- Manage operations, monitor key metrics, and continuously improve awareness services
- Lead temporary campaigns, guide task completion, and share knowledge without direct line responsibility
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in security awareness, learning & development, e-learning, or communication
- Demonstrated experience leading global projects or services
- Strong knowledge of instructional design
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent Polish required
- Resident in Poland required
