The right candidate will have strong writing skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible language. They should have at least 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
As a Technical Writer, you will collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to produce documentation that helps users and teams succeed.
responsibilities :
Creating and maintaining technical documentation for products, APIs, and processes.
Translating complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content.
Working closely with software engineers, QA, and product managers to gather information.
Ensuring documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company standards.
Supporting knowledge-sharing by building internal and external knowledge bases.
Proactively suggesting improvements to documentation processes and tools.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience (2+ years) in technical writing, preferably in IT/software development.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments.
Knowledge of documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Markdown, Git, SharePoint, or similar).
Experience preparing user manuals, API documentation, FAQs, knowledge base articles.
