Together with our client, we are looking for a skilled Technical Writer.
- 80-120 zł/h, B2B contract
- Long-term cooperation

- Hybrid work model from the office located in Gliwice
- BA / BE / BTech / MA / MS with minimum 5 years of experience minimum in Technical Writing for the IT/Software industry
- Able to understand highly technical content, possibly including software code, system administration tasks, databases, network security etc.
- Experience with Java enterprise software development, and some knowledge of Java/Spring would be highly advantageous
- Experience working with development teams using agile methodologies
- Knowledge of component content management systems (CCMS), and XML-based document management
- Strong knowledge of DITA, and DITA best practices for documentation design and content classification
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Independent self-starter
- English B2+

,[Research the needs of the customer, and identify gaps between the existing documentation set and the planned solution., Work closely with the project development team to understand the scope of delivery, implementation and customization requirements., Plan deliverables according to release timelines and existing documentation architecture., Write new, or enhance existing documentation following best practices and style guidelines established by the CX UA organization., Ensure delivery on time and quality.Nice to have:, Experience with Ixiasoft CCMS, SAP Commerce and/or SAP S/4Hana/ERP knowledge would be an added advantage Requirements:
