This is a role that is created to grow our digital analytics capability in the Data & AI Transformation department. It involves working closely with other web data analysts, international marketing & product stakeholders of different seniority levels, as well as technical teams across functions. This role reports to the Head of Digital Analytics and beyond that to the Head of Data&AI Transformation.
What you’ll do
The focus of the role, day-to-day, is to make an impact across product, marketing and technical teams by overseeing the company digital analytics suite setup.
responsibilities :
Owning and supporting end-to-end analytics tracking and configuration requirements using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and Firebase across web and mobile properties
Designing and deploying tagging strategies that ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data collection for critical KPIs and business goals
Validating and QA-ing our analytics implementation across desktop sites and native apps
Ensuring consistency of web analytics data and our datalayer
Maintaining documentation of tracking specifications, tag configurations, and event schemas
Maintaining communication with the digital analytics vendors
Conducting regular audits and driving continual improvements in the analytics setup, accuracy of data collection, processes and workflows to help the team minimize the time to insight for the business

requirements-expected :
Full English proficiency
2+ years of experience in web or digital analytics role
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 setup, event-based tracking and advanced reporting
Experience in implementing tracking via GTM, including tag configuration, custom event tracking and data layer management
Knowledge of privacy and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in digital analytics
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS
Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
