responsibilities :
System Updates & Project Rollouts: Analyze and interpret version updates and project requirements to identify necessary training resources
Training Material Development: create and deliver high-quality training materials, including release notes, interactive e-learning modules (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Camtasia), technical documentation, and multimedia content like videos and presentations
Training Delivery: Conduct technical training sessions, both onsite and remotely, tailored to diverse audiences
Version Adoption: Lead user adoption efforts by providing targeted training for large enterprise systems like SAP, MS Dynamics, or other software updates and rollouts
Data Creation & Documentation: Prepare and manage datasets and procedural information for hands-on training scenarios
requirements-expected :
Minimum 3 years’ experience in the design and implementation of Training Materials
Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical Training, both frontal training and via web-based platforms
Experience in developing e-learning tutorials, with Storyline, Camtasia and other dedicated tools an advantage
Excellent Business English, both written and verbal, with additional language ability, an advantage
Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Experience in SAP, MS Dynamics or other large Enterprise systems an advantage
Academic degree in System applications and/or Business an advantage
Business Experience in Commercial/Logistics/Finance training an advantage
Experience working in a global company
Availability to travel to train in other locations
