What you can look forward to as Technical Training Creator (m/f/d):
- Creation of relevant training material (ppt, videos, e-learnings, trainer guide, …);
- Development of state-of-the-art service training courses for knowledge transfer with a focus on Bus Axles and Driveline;
- Plan, organize and execute Train the Trainer sessions, support continuous development of trainers (sustainability in know how development) worldwide.
Your Profile as Technical Training Creator (m/f/d):
- University degree in mechatronics, automotive engineering or electrical engineering or comparable qualification;
- Know-how regarding video/animation creation and E-Learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline), including AI tools;
- 3 years of professional experience in the above-mentioned areas and the topics of training, didactics, and adult education;
- Knowledge about training methods and how to develop a new training;
- Fluent English and Polish skills also in the technical language, German skills are an advantage;
- Knowledge about the product portfolio of ZF Commercial Vehicle – focus Bus Axles and Driveline – nice to have.
