The Work

• Analyze new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Google Cloud feature releases, interpreting technical details to understand operational and training implications.
• Review existing training materials (presentations, demos, learning modules) and propose structured updates based on new SOPs or platform enhancements.
• Study the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) air‑gapped solution documentation and propose an enhanced training program.
• Design and develop new curriculum paths and SOP‑based training structures aligned with the latest documentation and product updates.
• Collaborate closely with technical writers, instructional designers, and video editors to ensure updated content is accurate, engaging, and consistent.
• Provide recommendations for learning path redesigns, including modularization and content sequencing.
• Ensure all updated training materials meet technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency standards.
• Clarify new technical features with the Google Engineering team.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform.
• Ability to interpret and synthesize complex technical documents and SOPs.
• Experience identifying training impact from feature or process changes.
• Proven experience creating or updating technical training content and curriculum.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and learner experience best practices.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross‑functional teamwork.
• Ability to quickly understand new systems, technologies, and documentation.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Familiarity with GDC air‑gapped solutions or secure cloud environments.
• Experience working with Google Engineering teams or similar technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with video‑based training content development.
