• Deliver hands-on technical training in mechanics, hydraulics, and wind turbine systems.
• Lead certified GWO and OEM-specific courses for international technicians.
• Co-develop new training programs and continuously improve existing materials.
• Prepare training facilities and ensure a safe, high-quality learning environment.
• Collaborate with trainers, admin teams, and subcontractors to plan and execute training schedules.
• Represent EWA at industry events and support site visits and internal development days.
