Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Team Lead who combines strong technical expertise with team management and business acumen. You will be responsible for guiding a cross-functional engineering team (Frontend, Backend, ML/MLOps, and Full Stack) and collaborating with business stakeholders and designers. Your primary goal will be to deliver an innovative AI-driven content optimization platform running on a scalable, serverless cloud infrastructure.

Required Technical Skills (Must-Have)

1. Proven experience as a Team Lead / Tech Lead (or equivalent) in an agile environment.
2. Strong knowledge of AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, AppSync, SQS, Step Functions).
3. Hands-on experience with serverless architecture, especially AWS Lambda.
4. Ability to design and develop infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform).
5. Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
6. Frontend Proficiency:
7. Strong experience with React, TypeScript (Next.js, Styled Components, Storybook).
8. Familiarity with GraphQL integrations (Apollo Client).
9. Understanding of best practices for building responsive web interfaces.
10. CI/CD:
11. Practical experience in building and setting up CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline/CodeBuild or equivalent).
12. Understanding of production-level ML model integration.
13. Basic familiarity with Python, Docker, and possibly GPU/cloud-based ML workflows.

Soft Skills & Business Acumen

1. Communication: Ability to clearly convey information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
2. Leadership: Experience motivating and supporting team members; effectively enforcing priorities while maintaining a positive team environment.
3. Strategic Thinking: Understanding business goals and translating them into technical directions.
4. Project Management: Skilled in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); sprint planning and KPI monitoring.
5. Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and guiding the team through implementation.

Nice to Have

1. Experience with cloud cost analysis (AWS Cost Explorer, budgeting, optimization).
2. Familiarity with managing monorepos (Lerna, Nx) and best practices for modular development.
3. Exposure to AI/ML in the context of GPT, Prompt Engineering, Transformers, etc.
4. Previous experience with web scraping tools (Puppeteer, Cheerio) or NLP (SpaCy, NLTK).
