How you will create an impact:

• Day to day code reviews and pair programming sessions
• System architecture and components design
• Technical Feasibility evaluation
• High level and low level estimations
• Have a clear vision of the team technical stack and help the team adopt new technologies when needed
• Conducts R&D and POCs to make sure the team is using the latest effective technologies
• Team development, coaching and mentoring while holding teams accountable for their commitments, and removing roadblocks to their work
• Team evaluation cycles twice a year
• Measure progress and velocity and manage risks and issues
• Ensure engagement, quality work, and best performance for every team member

Your profile:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Experience overseeing multiple project teams simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, communication and team building skills together with time-management, planning, and organizational skills
• Deep understanding and good experience with software architecture and design principles
• Deep understanding of clean code and best practices, as well as Cloud Native architectures and technologies
• Updated with the latest industry trends
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work collaboratively and thrive in a team environment
• A passion for innovation and continuous learning
