Role Overview
As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and hiring skilled professionals across software development, hosting technologies, and IT infrastructure. This role requires strong knowledge of programming frameworks and a passion for connecting great people with great opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack, DevOps).
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and expectations.
- Source and evaluate candidates with expertise in programming: JavaScript, Python, Go.
- Front-end frameworks: Next.js, React.js, Angular.
- Back-end frameworks: Node.js, Nest.js, Express.js, Golang.
- Hosting & infrastructure: OpenLiteSpeed, NGINX, Apache, Docker, Linux, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Assess candidates’ technical knowledge through structured interviews and exercises.
- Build a strong pipeline of technical talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and hiring trends.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Solid understanding of programming frameworks and IT infrastructure.
- Ability to assess technical competencies effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with ATS and recruitment platforms.
