We are looking for a technical support specialist for one of our clients who is responsible for parcel machines in Poland for a global shopping platform.

Oczekujemy

• communicative knowledge of Chinese and English

• higher technical education is welcome

• active driving license cat. B

Zadania

• handling and reporting problems on design issues, promoting product optimization
• directing and training installers and personnel of external cooperating companies
• after-sales support of self-collection cabinets
• inspecting the installation of parcel cabinets, optimizing installations and improving the qualification rate of installations
• conducting regular inspections, performance checks and inventories of installed cabinets
