responsibilities :


  • Solving client software installation and licensing issues
  • Issues need to be properly analyzed, documented, and resolved
  • Manage Windows system tasks (installs/uninstalls/system troubleshooting)

requirements-expected :


  • Min 1 year demonstrated knowledge of operating systems and general program installation experience: Windows (Primary), MAC (Secondary), Linux (occasional need)
  • English language - B2 level
  • German language - B2 level
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
