The Technica Support Specialist (End User Computing) will be responsible for management and maintenance of device lab consisting of around 70 physical PC desktops used for application testing.
Technical Support Specialist (EUC)
Your responsibilities
- Manage on-site physical PC desktops in device lab
- Support Validation Factory and Desktop Application Migration teams in testing Windows applications
- Perform Procedures and processes review
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting
- Assist on meetings with Suppliers and Customers
- Proactively monitor devices state and quantities
- Tracking devices from different site to site deliveries
- Follow Business escalations and follow up with suppliers until resolution
- Create reporting documents from Service Now
Our requirements
- Deep knowledge on desktop editions of Microsoft Windows operating system
- Basic knowledge on Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 services
- Basic knowledge on configuration management tools such as Intune
- Basic knowledge on PC hardware
- Knowledge of ServiceNow beneficial
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework beneficial
- Fluent English
- Team player
- Highly organized, with a flexible approach to work, and the ability to multi-task effectively
- Ability to perform troubleshooting tasks in complex environment
- Ability to partner with cross functional teams
- Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize
- Collaborating with suppliers to achieve SLA and KPI results
