Providing technical support to users (email, phone, chat, ticketing system).
Diagnosing and resolving issues related to 3ds Max/Maya (bugs, configuration, performance, integrations).
Creating documentation: knowledge base articles, bug reports, improvement suggestions.
Collaborating with development, QA, and documentation teams.
Delivering training sessions, presentations, and instructional materials.
Supporting installation, configuration, and software deployment for clients.
requirements-expected :
Practical knowledge of 3ds Max and/or Maya.
Experience in technical support or working with 3D software.
Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Good communication skills and good command of English.
