responsibilities :


  • Providing technical support to users (email, phone, chat, ticketing system).
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to 3ds Max/Maya (bugs, configuration, performance, integrations).
  • Creating documentation: knowledge base articles, bug reports, improvement suggestions.
  • Collaborating with development, QA, and documentation teams.
  • Delivering training sessions, presentations, and instructional materials.
  • Supporting installation, configuration, and software deployment for clients.

requirements-expected :


  • Practical knowledge of 3ds Max and/or Maya.
  • Experience in technical support or working with 3D software.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Good communication skills and good command of English.
