We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in technical troubleshooting and support. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, technically inclined, and possesses strong people skills. This role requires hands-on work with network setups, POS systems, and internet configurations, along with occasional travel and after-hours support.
Technical Support Specialist
Your responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers.
- Set up and configure internet connections, home mesh networks, and POS systems.
- Assist users with hardware and software issues remotely and on-site.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.
- Document issues, solutions, and recurring technical problems.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Occasionally travel for on-site support and be available for after-hours work.
We require:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, networking, or troubleshooting.
- Business proficiency in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical curiosity.
- Experience with network setup, home mesh networks, and POS system configurations.
- Strong people skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed.
- Nice to have:
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar.
- Experience in e-commerce or retail POS support.
- Basic knowledge of any programming language.
