• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network and connectivity problems.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and peripherals.
• Respond promptly to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

• Very good command of English.
• Experience with Microsoft OS and Office troubleshooting.
• Administration of Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange.
• Hardware support and mobile device management.
• Ability to analyze system and application dependencies.
