Luxoft, a leading Orchestrade partner, seeks an experienced Technical Support Lead to oversee Azure-based interfaces for the new Orchestrade SaaS trading platform. The role involves supporting data pipelines, real‑time streaming, and cloud analytics while mentoring a support team.
Project Overview
The project is a trading and position platform implementation for commodity products. You will manage the day-to-day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and Azure interfaces, provide SME knowledge in energy trading, and collaborate on continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and Azure interfaces.
- Produce management reporting and governance with the client.
- Mentor the broader support team with energy trading SME knowledge.
- Participate in application support and resolve customer issues.
- Develop and remediate issues with Azure interfaces (Databricks Jobs, Delta Lake, Event Hub, Event Grid, Kafka).
- Escalate to L3 support for Microsoft or Orchestrade.
- Collaborate with the client on continuous improvement.
Mandatory Skills
- Cloud expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka.
- Leadership experience running a support team.
- Experience implementing SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
- ITIL knowledge (change, release, incident management).
- Experience dealing with senior customer management.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with commodities / energy trading.
- Understanding of Agile software development practices.
- Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
