Technical Support Lead - Wroclaw, Krakow, Warsaw, Gdansk

Luxoft, a leading Orchestrade partner and market leader in implementation, integration, upgrade, migration and Orchestrade SaaS and support services, is seeking an experienced Technical Support Lead for a trading and position platform implementation for commodity products. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple commodity products and learn a new trading platform.

The successful candidate will support Azure native interfaces around the client’s new Orchestrade deployment (DXC‑Luxoft SaaS) and collaborate closely with data engineers, architects, and business teams to support, continuously improve and optimize data pipelines, real‑time data streaming, and cloud‑based analytics solutions.

Key interfaces include Azure Databricks (Databricks Jobs, Delta Tables, Delta Lake). You will run the SaaS and Data Layer support team, maintaining client environments for the new trading platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and Azure interfaces.
• Provide management reporting and governance with the client.
• Offer energy trading SME knowledge and mentor the broader support team.
• Participate in application support and resolve customer issues.
• Perform hands‑on development and remediation of interface issues.
• Escalate to L3 support (Microsoft or Orchestrade) for outage issues originating from underlying technologies.
• Collaborate with the client on continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Cloud expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka.
• Experience leading a support team.
• Successful operation of SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
• ITIL process experience (change, release, incident management).
• Experience interacting with customer senior management.

Nice‑to‑Have Skills

• Commodities / energy trading experience.
• Understanding of Agile software development practices.
• Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
