Job Summary
The project involves implementing a trading and position platform for commodity products. A Technical Support Lead will support Azure‑native interfaces for the Orchestrade SaaS deployment, working closely with data engineers, architects, and business teams to enhance data pipelines, real‑time streaming, and cloud analytics.
Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day operation of the Orchestrade SaaS solution and DXC Luxoft Azure interfaces.
- Providing management reporting and governance in collaboration with the client.
- Offering energy trading SME knowledge and mentoring the broader support team.
- Participating in application support and resolving customer issues.
- Hands‑on development and remediation of interface issues.
- Managing escalations to L3 support from Microsoft or Orchestrade when technology outages occur.
- Collaborating with the client on continuous improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- Cloud expertise in Azure DataLake, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks, Event Hub, Event Grid, and Kafka.
- Previous experience leading a support team.
- Experience running SLA and KPI frameworks for critical applications.
- ITIL experience, mainly in change, release and incident management.
- Experience dealing with customer senior management.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills
- Commodities / energy trading experience.
- Understanding of Agile software development practices.
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools.
