In this role, you will interact with the sales department. Your primary objectives are to align services with both customer requirements and business objectives. Additionally, you should offer effective assistance and support to local representatives and their customers while adhering to safety regulations.

This role will oversee the following regions:

1. More than 70% of the time will be spent in Europe (excluding France) - CEE and Nordics
2. IMEA - 20%
3. South East Asia - 10%

What you will do:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot field-related problems.
• Conduct technical interventions when necessary.
• Monitor and follow up on assistance cases.
• Address parts and product needs.
• Provide technical support to the sales team.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Verify warranty conditions.
• Conduct product training.
• Monitor product development and evolution.
• Update training materials.
• Communicate product updates.
• Arrange facilities as needed.

What are the requirements?

• 3+ years of work experience in related fields.
• Electrical Engineering/Electronics/Mechanics working knowledge.
• Electrical, electronics, mechanics, and electro-technical certification.
• Advanced level of English.
• Customer service skills with the ability to problem solve and devise customer solutions.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to read plans and diagrams.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite.
• Willingness to travel more than 80% of the time; a valid driving license is required.
