No call-centre environment - you will work Monday-Friday 8-16
Act as the first point of contact for professional installers and partners, primarily through phone calls (approx. 50%) and emails (live chat will be introduced next year)
Discuss and collect customer requirements or problems to ensure optimal system design and configuration
Support with design-related inquiries and provide technical guidance on solar, storage, and e-mobility solutions
Assist in commissioning and troubleshooting renewable energy systems (inverters, batteries, EV chargers, monitoring software)
Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM
Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve processes and customer experience
requirements-expected :
echnical background: Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics, HVAC/Sanitary/Heating Technology, or similar
Strong foundation in electrical engineering (Ohm’s law, current/voltage/resistance)
Knowledge of PV systems, inverters, monitoring and control software
Familiarity with network interfaces (LAN/Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/RS485)
Clear and empathetic communication skills in both spoken and written form
Strong customer orientation with the ability to translate technical information into customer-friendly solutions
German: Native or Fluent (B2–C1)
English: Upper intermediate to advanced (B1-B2)
