We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer who will be a part of a team responsible for creating exceptional customer service and developing the best Internet application. You will take ownership of the day-to-day support of our customers and for making sure we develop our product according to best market standards.
Providing technical support to software users in a timely and accurate manner
Maintaining SLAs: Estimating time required to complete tasks and reporting it back
Searching for and removing software bugs
Analyzing causes of errors to understand which refactors could be the most effective
Rewriting and streamlining existing legacy code
Testing changes
Creating technical documentation
Delivering coherent, maintainable and testable code
requirements-expected :
A minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance of Internet applications
Hands-on experience with PHP version 7.x and higher
At least first commercial experience with PHP frameworks such as Zend, Symfony
Knowledge of Postgresql databases, working with SQL queries
Knowledge of JS, jQuery, HTML
Knowledge of REST API
Working experience with GIT
English language at a level to understand documentation
Experience in writing unit tests
Practical knowledge of SOLID principles
Experience in 3rd line support
