We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer (L2) to join our team, focusing on infrastructure setup and automation within an AWS environment.
responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring servers, installing software using Ansible, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during setup or execution phases.
This role also involves occasional operational tasks during the projects current operational phase.
The position requires flexibility to work in a remote setting, including day and night shifts, as well as on-call availability during weekends and nighttime hours.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 2 years of solid experience with Ansible for automation tasks.
At least 2 years of practical experience working with Linux systems.
General cloud experience is important; knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts is advantageous.
Proficiency in English and Polish languages; German language skills are a plus.
Availability for remote work with flexible scheduling, including day and night shifts, and on-call duty during weekends and nights.
