We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer (L2) to join our team and support our clients mission-critical ERP system. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a high level of autonomy and growth potential.
responsibilities :
Provide in-depth technical support for ERP system users (internal and external)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user access
Escalate complex problems to Level 3/Engineering as needed
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA)
Maintain documentation for incidents, resolutions, and known issues
Support system upgrades, patches, and data migrations
requirements-expected :
3–4 years of experience in technical support or systems administration
Strong troubleshooting skills in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or custom ERP platforms)
Experience with SQL and reading/debugging logs
Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or above)
Strong customer-facing and problem-solving mindset
Must possess a valid Polish passport (EU work eligibility is mandatory)
