Our mission is to empower businesses with seamless control over their digital connectivity, helping them manage their systems in industries like finance, healthcare, and insurance. As our product rapidly evolves, were looking for a skilled and dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our fully remote support team.
responsibilities :
Act as the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues reported by customers, particularly in Level 2 support scenarios
Investigate support tickets, identify root causes, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
Prioritize and manage technical requests from international clients, delivering exceptional customer experience
Create technical documentation and contribute to self-service knowledge bases
Propose improvements to internal processes and support tools to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction
requirements-expected :
At least 3 years of experience in a hands-on technical support or DevOps role
2+ years of working with REST or RESTful APIs
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a strong interest in learning new technologies
