As a Technical Support Engineer, based in Gdansk office in PL, you will be responsible for delivering technical support for access and video products of LenelS2 to the Value Added Resellers (authorized partners) and End-Customers of our area of coverage in Europe, Middle-East and Africa. This Is hybrid work (3 days from office + 2 days from home).
requirements-expected :
Engineering degree Bac+4 or equivalent
Bilingual English mandatory
Experience in a support or technical consultancy function
Professional experience of IP network
Preferably, a relevant experience in the Electronic Security sector
A solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows operating systems
Analytical mind. The ability to solve complex problems, based on a logical and inquisitive nature
Weekend support (once a month full weekend)
