Technical Support Engineer

Your responsibilities

• As a Technical Support Engineer, based in Gdansk office in PL, you will be responsible for delivering technical support for access and video products of LenelS2 to the Value Added Resellers (authorized partners) and End-Customers of our area of coverage in Europe, Middle-East and Africa. This Is hybrid work (3 days from office + 2 days from home).

Our requirements

• Engineering degree Bac+4 or equivalent
• Bilingual English mandatory
• Experience in a support or technical consultancy function
• Professional experience of IP network
• Preferably, a relevant experience in the Electronic Security sector
• A solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Windows operating systems
• Analytical mind. The ability to solve complex problems, based on a logical and inquisitive nature
• Weekend support (once a month full weekend)
• Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in technical support or a similar role
• Expertise in relevant technologies and products
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Expert technical knowledge and subject matter expertise
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Results-oriented approach and ability to meet business objectives
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
