Team comprises 35+ highly qualified specialists who are divided into 7 separate sub-teams. The size of these teams ranges from 3 to 5 people each. Each team has its own TL and is engaged in its own direction (for example, one team focuses on the airSlate product, while another handles marketing tasks)
airSlate, a leader in the multi-billion dollar document workflow market is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team.
You will be a key part of the team with the span to make a big difference on a small team while supporting airSlates growth and success.
Monitoring and initial diagnosis of problems in the infrastructure;
Engaged in creating new and improving existing monitoring rules;
Performing basic DevOps tasks.
requirements-expected :
You want to take a new knowledges and to learn Linux, AWS, Docker, Terraform, k8s, CI/CD, Prometheus + Grafana;
You worked with: Linux, AWS, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring and version control systems;
Experience in the same or similar position will be a plus;
Upper-intermediate English;
Fluent Ukrainian/Russian language.
