Technical Support Engineer (3rd Line Support)

Location: Kraków / Hybrid

Full-Time | Permanent

We’re looking for a 3rd Line Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You’ll handle escalated technical challenges, support project delivery, and collaborate with multiple teams to keep systems running smoothly and securely.

What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across infrastructure, network, and application stacks

• Own 3rd line escalations and drive them to resolution with minimal oversight

• Work closely with Customer Success and Account Management teams to deliver tailored client solutions

• Support and maintain cloud environments – including Azure, AWS, and GCP

• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines in GitLab , and automate with PowerShell , Bash , or Python

• Administer Microsoft 365 , Exchange Online , Teams , and SharePoint

• Implement and maintain monitoring , alerting , and security best practices

• Contribute to system migrations , integrations , and disaster recovery initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Solid background in IT infrastructure , technical support , and cloud platforms - MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH GCP

• Strong experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and working with SQL

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with ITIL processes ; certifications like Azure Administrator , AWS Solutions Architect , or Security+ are a plus

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with DevOps tools and automation workflows

• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

• A knack for documenting technical processes and solutions clearly
