responsibilities :
Provide advanced technical support, assist in troubleshooting and analyzing problems with new or re-engineered products, providing recommendations to senior support teams.
Design, develop and implement troubleshooting effective methods for systems and equipment
Report test execution progress and issues to the engineering team, and manage the issues from creation to closure
Develop, review and implement test strategies for hardware and software products and systems
Build and review design, functional, technical and/or user documentation, as needed
requirements-expected :
2-5 years of experience in technical support or systems configuration with a bachelors degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in providing L1/L2 support for computer hardware and software, with a strong understanding of system architecture and interactions.
Good understanding of hardware and software system architecture and interactions and should be able to apply it to resolve issues
Enthusiastic about learning new tools, languages and operating systems
Proficient in reading and understanding technical data sheets in English and Polish
