  • Addressing and resolving complex client inquiries through primary support channels
  • Managing assigned cases to deliver the most effective solutions tailored to client needs
  • Analyzing the root causes of issues using tools like Chrome Dev Tools, application logs, and monitoring systems
  • Utilizing technical documentation and helping expand internal knowledge base content where necessary
  • Creating regular reports to monitor platform performance and quality
  • Assisting in developing technical documentation and enriching the internal knowledge base

requirements-expected :


  • Min. 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar technical field, ideally with exposure to B2B and SaaS products
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL APIs
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (OAuth, SAML, SCIM)
  • English C1
