Technical Support Engineer

Location: Anywhere

As a Technical Support Engineer, you work primarily to address technical issues relating to the companys multi-tenant, cloud-native commerce offerings. You will resolve customer and implementation partner complaints or problems, and create product problem reports and troubleshooting documents for each issue.

Product: Enterprise-grade digital commerce platform that manages advanced commerce in B2B and B2C, with a state-of-the-art composable commerce architecture.

Requirements:

  1. Familiar with at least one backend technology: Java/SpringBoot/RxJava/Node.js
  2. Understanding of cloud software architectures: GCP/Docker/Kubernetes
  3. Experience with Linux / Unix environments
  4. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and pragmatic problem-solving skills
  5. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  6. Strong verbal and written English skills (B2/C1)
  7. Experience with JavaScript frameworks e.g., Angular/React/Vue.js – is nice to have

Your tasks:

  1. Analyze and triage technical problems as part of the company’s 2nd level support team
  2. Work with the 1st level support team to communicate solutions back to the customer
  3. Root-cause analysis and preparation of product reports or troubleshooting documents for the engineering team
  4. Proactively find solutions for technical issues before involving engineering teams and assist them in more complex cases

Salary: Employment contract: 13200-16600 PLN gross / B2B: 16000-20000 PLN net +VAT
