Job Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosing and resolving technical failures of railway systems at client sites.
2. Providing quick and effective after-sales support in collaboration with local teams.
3. Preparing intervention reports and providing technical information to internal teams.
4. Participating in the proactive resolution of recurring incidents.
5. Regular travel within Poland for on-site technical interventions.
