Inviting applications for the role of L1 Technical Support Engineer with German.

Hybrid model work - Wrocław.

As part of our Technical Services Department, the Technical Support Engineer is in charge of:

  1. Front and back-office support (Customer support, connection to the Level 2, support our external and internal partners).
  2. Using technical knowledge and tools to provide the best support to our customers.
  3. Implement & maintain the internally specified KPIs.
  4. Implement and participate in the promotion of continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promoting customer satisfaction.
  2. Close cooperation with Level 2.
  3. Using predefined technical tools.
  4. Collaboration with all internal stakeholders such as quality, sales, etc.
  5. Documenting and processing tickets in our CRM system.
  6. Compliance with internal KDGs and internal/external SLAs.
  7. Compliance with the specified processes and work instructions.
  8. Establish lean management thinking.
  9. Performance and processing of the given tasks.
  10. Improving knowledge in the individual products.
  11. Knowledge of all specified processes.
  12. Expand knowledge through continuous training to keep up to date on new changes or product launches.
  13. Take over special parts like Webshop, Knowledge center or customer portal.
  14. Recognize the priority of individual cases.
  15. Support quality through documentation and recording of cases.

Requirements:

  1. Technical training, comparable relevant qualification, or a very good technical understanding.
  2. Innovative open understanding of relevant topics.
  3. Interested in Lean and Agile.
  4. High understanding of our processes.
  5. Open understanding of the activity in the service desk.
  6. Understanding of the expectations of our external and internal partners.
  7. Very good teamwork and communication skills.
  8. Diverse attitude towards all employees and open communication culture.
  9. International networking with all service desk colleagues.
  10. Mastering and promoting company values.
  11. Fluent in English and German, both verbal and written.
  12. Travel requirements: Less than 10%.
  13. Shift Requirement: Regular business hours.
