responsibilities :

• Supervision and management of global 24/7 Lido Flight 4D operations,.
• Incident handling: acceptance, analysis, documentation, resolution, and tracking.
• Executing escalation procedures during high-severity (Severity 1) incidents.
• Continuous monitoring of system components and processes for early issue detection.
• Performance monitoring of systems and databases.
• Handling of customer requests and support tickets.
• Software installations in customer environments.
• Supporting training, consulting, and sales activities.
• Contribution to the further development of the Lido Flight 4D product.
• Participation in special projects and tasks.

• Degree in Business Informatics /Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong practical experience with Linux operating systems and container systems (Docker,Kubernetes).
• Knowledge and experience of configuration and orchestration tools: Ansible,
• Experienceof monitoring and logging: Alerta, Prometheus, Graylog.
• Knowledge of databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Ingres.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to quality.
• Flexibility, resilience, and readiness to take responsibility.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 operations).
• Availability for business travel (mainly during onboarding & training).
• Readiness to work in a hybrid model-2 days in the office in Gdańsk.
