About the project

We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team responsible for dedicated support and maintenance of mobile solutions for employees working in our Germany branch of the bank. We are a global function of over 2,500 people and we are part of the wider CTO organisation. Your role is to be an engineer responsible for maintenance mobile infrastructure, implementing global solutions and improving mobile experience.

Your responsibilities

  • Administration and operation of the IT Mobile Device Management System – BlackBerry UEM.
  • Continuous development of the IT Mobile Device Management System.
  • Central contact for all specialist departments on questions in the MDM (L1, L2, L3, individual executive support).
  • Evaluation of the use of new technologies.
  • Creation of documentation, guides, training material and management of employee training and online presentations.
  • Perform other tasks required to ensure that mobile infrastructure is working properly.

Our requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Several years of experience as a mobile systems administrator.
  • In-depth knowledge of BlackBerry and related mobile technologies (ABM, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Intune).
  • In-depth knowledge of the integration of Microsoft products.

Optional

  • Willingness to take on other responsibilities (non-mobile related) in the Collaboration area (Exchange, M365).
  • Analytical and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • High level of responsibility and reliability.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies.
