Responsibilities

1. Member of the Support & Operations team providing 2nd and 3rd line support for clients and internal users.
2. Provide production and non-production middleware support for multiple business-critical applications.
3. Work directly with clients and internal teams to implement processes and technology that support various technical and business functions.
4. Take responsibility for assigned incidents and manage them through to completion.

Requirements

1. 2-4 years of IT experience, with at least the past 3 years in service management.
2. Sound understanding of API Management.
3. Linux systems administration skills.
