We are a technical recruitment agency looking to hire a Technical Sourcer to join a cross‑functional team dedicated to sourcing talent for top tech companies across the EU, USA, and Scandinavia.

We seek a driven, autonomous individual with advanced analytical skills, committed to delivering first‑class client and candidate experiences. You will innovate, drive, and enhance the recruitment process throughout the organization.

This position is commission‑based only, offering unlimited earning potential based on successful hires.

Responsibilities

• Screen and source qualified applicants and resumes.
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
• Craft and send recruiting emails.
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using techniques such as Boolean search.
• Develop talent pipelines.
• Request referrals from current employees and external networks.
• Promote the employer brand online and offline.
• Maintain candidate databases.
• Coordinate interview processes with individuals and panels.
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after interviews.
• Work with leadership to understand hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate the candidate lifecycle.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of the IT market, technology stacks, and roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, SAP, D365, Data Science, etc.).
• Previous experience in direct sourcing and/or volume hiring.
• Strong organizational, multi‑tasking, and time‑management skills.
• Recruitment agency experience beneficial.
• High attention to detail.
• Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• B2+ English proficiency.
• Available to work at least 4 hours per day.
