• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions using Python, C#.NET or SQL
• Develop Reconciliations and Data Validation Templates

• Write efficient queries to extract, transform, and load data from various sources

• Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and project plans
• Present findings, prototypes, and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
• Project & Team Support
• Support and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation working closely with the
• Technical Solutions Manager and the Project and Change Management Team
• Support cross-functional teams with technical expertise and troubleshooting
• Ensure timely delivery of milestones and proactively manage risks

• Finance Domain Knowledge
• Solid understanding of core finance functions: Intercompany transactions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger, Treasury operations, Customer & Vendor Master Data, Revenue recognition, financial reporting (desirable)
• Familiarity with financial workflows, controls, and compliance considerations
• Ability to interpret financial data and understand its business implications
• Technical Concepts
• Strong grasp of data modelling, semantic layers, and ETL processes
• Understanding of AI integration within solutions
• Understanding of system configurations and how they support business processes
• Awareness of project lifecycle and solution delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
• Programming & Development
• Proficiency in Python or C#, .NET or other programming languages for scripting, automation, and data manipulation
• Experience with VBA or advanced Power Query for Excel-based tool development and automation
• Data Visualization & Analysis
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, complex formulas)
• Expertise in Power BI or Tableau for building interactive dashboards
• Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
• Systems & Integration
• Experience working with databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Ability to collaborate with IT teams on system configurations and access setups
• Project & Stakeholder Management
• Skilled in gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Capable of supporting the managing of project plans, timelines, and deliverables
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders across all levels
