Technical Solutions Consultant (Procurement Platforms)

For our Client, international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Technical Solutions Consultant for Procurement Platforms.
Holding this role you will be a key member of the Procurement team, responsible for delivering a potentially releasable product increment at the end of each sprint. You will cooperate with Product Owners and customers by translating architecture and requirements into functional procurement solutions and contributes to the product39s technical development.
Your responsibilities:

• Planning, coordinating and implementing system upgrades for better performance and security.
• Developing and managing automated testing and RPA solutions.
• Ensuring smooth IT operations within the procurement tech stream.
• Managing global data refresh processes for accuracy.
• Handling firewall settings, digital certificates, and middleware connectivity. Ensuring seamless integration between systems.
• Prioritizing and addressing IT issues effectively.
• Overseeing and designing IT architecture for optimal performance and scalability.

We are looking for a highly skilled Procurement Technology Technical/Functional Consultant. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and integrating complex IT systems within the procurement domain, ensuring seamless connectivity and robust security protocols. This role demands a deep understanding of various technologies and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments to achieve organizational goals.
In order to be successful you should have following skills:

• 5+ years of IT experience with similar responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and understand their diverse perspectives.
• Experience in delivering large-scale procurement solutions and tools.
• Experience with technology integrations.
• Expert-level knowledge of procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Zycus, Ivalua, Coupa).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
• Experience working in multicultural environment with a mix of internal and vendor resources.
• Bachelor39s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT systems integration and management, particularly within the procurement domain.
• Strong knowledge of middleware, integration, and orchestration technologies.
• Proficiency in automated testing and RPA tools.
• Experience with firewall configuration and management.
• Familiarity with digital certificates and secure communication protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and triage skills.
• Strong understanding of IT landscape and architecture principles.
