Technical Services Manager – Laboratory Fit Out

We are working with a forward-thinking and growing Fit Out contractor specialising in laboratory fit-out projects. Established five years ago, they have built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, technical projects. They are now looking for a Technical Services Manager to oversee the M&E package on a CAT A & CAT B laboratory fit-out, managing multiple subcontractors. With M&E values up to £15 million, this role requires a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing the M&E delivery on laboratory fit-out projects.
2. Managing multiple subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
3. Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
4. Working closely with clients, consultants, and project teams.
5. Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Experience in M&E project management within the fit-out sector.
2. Previously worked with main / fit out contractors.
3. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical services.
4. Experience managing high-value M&E packages (£10M+).
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Package:

£80,000 - £90,000 + travel + bonus London-based projects Permanent role with career growth opportunities.
