Technical Service Engineer (Electronics)

The Technical Service Engineer is a part of team in Poland, providing technical support to local, and global customers in laser marking and coding systems.

What you will do:

• Be a cross functional team member focused on diagnosing damaged laser systems – finding the problem and the root cause of the damage,
• Perform in-house systems repairs,
• Provide problem solutions for technical issues encountered during repair actions,
• Perform maintenance activity of laser systems,
• Complete service reports: time confirmation, spare part usage, tasks performed, service product, fault/solution codes,
• It is a stationary position with occasional travel in Poland and/or in European Union.

What you need to have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role,
• Ability to read electrical/electronic diagrams,
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic device design,
• Ability to use basic measuring devices such as a multimeter, oscilloscope,
• Experience in soldering and knowledge of assembly techniques for electrical and electronic components,
• Ability to technically assess and troubleshoot defects and issues, and proactively advise on solutions,
• Ability to effectively communicate in Polish and English (at least B1 level),
