For our client, a company from the medical sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of Technical Service Administrator.
As a Technical Service Administrator, you will support the Interventional Technical Service organization across Europe.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring BOT performance (Automatic Integration Application)
Ensuring master data quality between SAP S/4Hana and Service Max
Creating TS billing documents
Managing spare part orders and reverse logistics
Reconciling inventory
Reporting on business processes
Creating and maintaining process documentation
Candidate Profile:
Strong English language skills
Team collaboration and customer focus
Timely and appropriate action-taking
Results orientation and fast learning ability
Proficiency in MS Office
Familiarity with SAP and/or Service Max (a plus)

Employment via Hays based on a 12-month employment contract
