Your role in the Team

The Technical SEO team ensures our website performs optimally across search engines, focusing on technical infrastructure and visibility in global markets. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and improving SEO health, supporting URL and redirect setups in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and managing international SEO aspects like hreflang tags.

What you’ll do

1. Conduct Technical SEO Audits: Regularly identify and resolve issues related to crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and site speed.
2. Manage URLs & Redirects in AEM: Support SEO elements within Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring a clean site structure.
3. Optimize International SEO: Improve hreflang tags for accurate global indexing and targeting.
4. Support Website Migrations: Maintain SEO best practices during migrations, including internal linking and redirects.
5. Monitoring & Reporting: Track SEO metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and Lumar, providing actionable insights.
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with developers, content teams, and product managers to implement SEO recommendations.

What you’ll need for this role

• Solid understanding of technical SEO concepts like crawlability, indexability, Core Web Vitals, and site speed.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
• Knowledge of international SEO, including hreflang implementation.
• Experience with structured data (schema markup) to enhance search visibility.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, or Lumar.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge, with ability to collaborate with developers.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Good command of English for working with international teams.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with website migrations and data analysis skills.
