Qualifications

  • Experience within the [specific industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record as a Sales Representative.
  • Strong understanding of the sales and investment process in Poland.
  • Ability to manage technical projects in collaboration with partners.
  • Skilled at translating local challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Capable of planning and working independently as a travelling sales representative.
  • Comfortable working on the go.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic digital tools.
  • Fluent in Polish (preferably native level).
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a clear advantage.
  • Highly structured, with strong organisational skills and the ability to maintain an overview.
  • Committed to contributing to EC POWER’s strong collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

  • Closely monitor and support our partner onboarding process.
  • Ensure partners are fully aligned with our “How to Do Business with EC POWER” guidelines.
  • Respond to and forward direct leads from Poland.
  • Provide input for local marketing initiatives in Poland, including translations.
  • Qualify new partner leads.
