Technical Sales for the Poland Market – Industrial Refrigeration & Control Systems

Your Responsibilities
- Actively develop sales in the Poland food industry sector, focusing on companies with industrial refrigeration systems
- Achieve company sales targets
- Maintain effective communication between clients and the implementation team, ensuring accurate and timely information flow during project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, monitor project performance, provide consulting, and ensure service continuity
- Identify opportunities to expand cooperation with existing clients
- Participate in industry and representative events
Requirements
- Higher education in engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Poland sales (technical sales experience preferred)
- Experience working with industrial automation and/or refrigeration systems, or technical sales of related solutions
- Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, eager to learn, and open to new ideas
- Quality-driven, polite, capable of building long-term client relationships, and genuinely care about customer success
