Responsibilities

  • Provide technical sales support by actively engaging with clients in the underground construction sector to assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, presentations, and proposals.
  • Offer expert troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance to resolve product issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

  • Master degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or technical roles in the construction industry, preferably related to underground construction or concrete.
  • Strong understanding of underground construction practices.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
